90ph Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 90ph, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with our gaming services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively govern your relationship with 90ph and form the entire agreement between you and the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the 90ph website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the 90ph platform and close your account in accordance with our account closure procedures.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Use of the 90ph platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to register for an account, deposit funds, or place bets on the 90ph platform. Online gambling is prohibited for individuals under the age of 21 in the Philippines, and 90ph enforces strict age verification measures to ensure compliance with this legal requirement.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. Certain countries, states, or territories prohibit online gambling activities, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 90ph complies with local laws. 90ph reserves the right to block access from restricted jurisdictions and to void bets placed from prohibited locations.
• Prohibited Persons: You are prohibited from using 90ph if you are currently self-excluded from gambling activities, banned from casinos or betting establishments, subject to bankruptcy proceedings, or otherwise restricted by law or court order from engaging in online gambling.

By registering for a 90ph account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth above. 90ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including valid government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID card) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals, or permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access the full range of 90ph gaming services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 One Account Per Person

You are permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with 90ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If 90ph detects multiple accounts belonging to the same person, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets, confiscate winnings, and permanently ban the user from the Platform. This restriction applies regardless of whether multiple accounts were created intentionally or inadvertently.

3.3 Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 90ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions or authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow anyone else to access your account. All activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility, and you agree to immediately notify 90ph of any unauthorized access, security breach, or suspected fraudulent activity involving your account.

90ph employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that internet-based transactions carry inherent risks. You agree to take all reasonable precautions to protect your account, including using strong passwords, logging out after each session, and avoiding public or shared computers when accessing your 90ph account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

90ph accepts deposits through a variety of payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfers via BPI and BDO, and QR Ph digital wallets. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. Deposits are typically credited to your 90ph account instantly; however, certain payment methods may experience processing delays beyond our control.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 90ph account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any criminal enterprise. 90ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits and to request source-of-funds documentation for large or suspicious transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in deposit refusal, account suspension, or reporting to relevant authorities.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of available funds from your 90ph account at any time, subject to completion of our identity verification procedures and compliance with our anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes on average for verified accounts using GCash as the withdrawal method. Other withdrawal methods may require additional processing time, typically not exceeding 24 hours for bank transfers.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, in accordance with our AML policies. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal requests (exceeding ₱100,000 in a single transaction) may require additional verification, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of payment method ownership.

90ph reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on your account verification level, deposit history, and transaction patterns. Standard withdrawal limits are ₱500,000 per day and ₱2,000,000 per month for fully verified accounts. Higher limits may be available upon request and subject to management approval.

4.3 Fees and Charges

90ph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (banks, e-wallet providers, etc.) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the user. Currency conversion fees may apply if your bank or payment provider processes transactions in a currency other than Philippine Pesos.

4.4 Bonus and Promotional Fund Restrictions

Funds credited to your account as bonuses, promotions, free bets, or loyalty rewards are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, and eligible game restrictions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been met. Violations of bonus terms, including but not limited to bonus abuse, wagering on restricted games, or exceeding maximum bet limits, may result in forfeiture of bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account closure.

5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets placed on the 90ph platform are subject to acceptance by 90ph. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes (commonly known as "palpable errors"), suspected fraud, or violation of betting limits. A bet is not considered accepted until you receive confirmation from the 90ph system and the bet appears in your betting history.

Bet settlement is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body, league, or game provider. In the event of disputes regarding game outcomes, 90ph's records are considered final and binding unless proven to be incorrect by official sources. Bets on abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events will be settled according to the specific rules published for each sport or game type.

5.2 Game Fairness and Random Number Generators

All casino games, slots, and virtual betting products offered on 90ph utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories, including eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). These RNGs ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and free from manipulation. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published transparently and can be accessed within each game's information section.

• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions
• Sharing account credentials, selling accounts, or allowing third parties to access your account
• Engaging in money laundering, financing terrorism, or other illegal financial activities

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, voiding of bets, permanent ban from the Platform, and referral to law enforcement authorities when applicable.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

90ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable users from the harms associated with problem gambling. The "90ph" name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks owned by 90ph. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or any confusingly similar marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Game titles, software, and content provided by third-party game developers remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed to 90ph for use on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 90ph, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the 90ph platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, even if 90ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall 90ph's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

90ph is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or failures in service caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or force majeure events. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or uninterrupted operation of the 90ph platform.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of the 90ph platform, or your relationship with 90ph shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in accordance with its arbitration rules.

Before initiating arbitration proceedings, you agree to first contact 90ph customer support at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of your initial contact, either party may commence arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the arbitration requirement, 90ph reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of our intellectual property, violations of these Terms, or to protect the integrity of the Platform.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 90ph accou nt at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Before processing your account closure request, you must withdraw all available funds from your account balance. Any outstanding bonus funds or pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to your betting history, transaction records, or any other account information, so we recommend downloading these records before initiating closure.

90ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other 90ph policies
• Failure to provide requested verification documents or information
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or payment methods
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or automated systems

• Inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months

Upon termination of your account for cause, 90ph may withhold any funds in your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe such funds are connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. You will be notified of the reasons for termination and given an opportunity to dispute the decision through our formal complaints procedure.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. 90ph collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By using the 90ph platform, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

12. Amendments and Modifications

90ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and may notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the 90ph platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any modifications, your sole recourse is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

13. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 90ph regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
